Abuse policy
Report abuse coming from a CloudTunnel IP, and what we do about it.
Reporting
Email [email protected] with the IP address, timestamps in UTC, and logs or evidence. We acknowledge the same business day.
What we can do
We do not log connections, so we cannot tell which account used an IP at a time. We can and do block destination ports or addresses on the affected server, rate-limit abusive patterns, and permanently ban accounts identified through other means such as payment fraud.
Not allowed on our network
- Port scanning, denial-of-service, or attacking other systems
- Spam, phishing or malware distribution
- Child sexual abuse material. We report this to NCMEC.
- Anything illegal in the country of the server you are connected to
