Questions

How does billing work?

We invoice your company monthly or yearly through HOSTUPCLOUD, INC. (USA). You pay per user, with a minimum of five users, plus any dedicated IPs.

How do my staff get access?

You invite them by email from your team dashboard. They install the app, sign in with that address and they are covered.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them from the dashboard and their team access ends immediately. Their seat is free for the next person.

How many devices can each person use?

Up to five devices per person at the same time, on any mix of supported platforms.

Can we try it first?

Do you log what my team does?

No. We do not keep activity logs. We know who is on your team and how many devices they use, nothing about their browsing.
