1. Who we are

CloudTunnel VPN is a service of HOSTUPCLOUD, INC., a Delaware corporation. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Account data (email, sign-in provider identifier, hashed password), subscription and payment references, device names and platforms, support messages you send us, and for free accounts a monthly data-usage total. We do not collect VPN connection logs. See the no-logs policy.

3. Advertising

The free apps show ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Ad SDKs may process a device advertising identifier and coarse location derived from IP for frequency capping and fraud prevention. You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings and in the app's consent screen. VPN traffic is never used for advertising.

4. Why we process data

To provide the service (contract), to bill subscriptions (contract), to prevent abuse and fraud (legitimate interest), and to comply with law.

5. Sharing

Payment processors (Stripe, Google Play, Apple), email delivery, ad networks for the free plan, and infrastructure providers that host our control plane. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account data for as long as your account exists plus 30 days. Billing records as required by tax law. Support messages for 12 months.

7. Your rights

You can export or delete your account from the dashboard at any time. EU and UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights. Email [email protected] to exercise them.

8. Children

CloudTunnel is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will post changes here and, for material changes, email account holders.
